Vijay is a highly experienced consultant physiotherapist and consultant sonographer with more than 23 years of experience in managing acute and chronic musculoskeletal (MSK) conditions. Vijay has a special interest in ultrasound-guided injections for pain management and fine needle aspirations. Vijay is also a fellow in interventional spine management and an independent prescriber. He performs more than 3000 ultrasound-guided injection procedures annually for various musculoskeletal conditions in private and NHS hospitals.
Vijay started his career as a physiotherapist and progressed in his career by excelling through several clinical and academic achievements in the MSK and imaging specialities over many years. Vijay has also undertaken many clinical lead and team lead roles in various MSK services in the NHS and private hospitals in the UK. Vijay has developed a unique knowledge of pain management for MSK conditions that do not require surgery through his extensive experience and knowledge gained through various extended-scope practitioner roles in the NHS.
Vijay completed his master’s degree in medical ultrasound imaging at the Centre for Ultrasound Studies, Bournemouth University, and he is still one of less than four physiotherapists in the world to train in the fundamental components of sonography, such as abdominal, head/neck, small parts, lumps/bumps, and musculoskeletal ultrasound. Vijay is still actively practicing sonography in the radiology departments of NHS and private hospitals across the Midlands.
Vijay prides himself in helping patients who are suffering from pain and have failed other conservative treatments. Through his academic knowledge and diverse clinical skills, Vijay stands out as a highly experienced MSK specialist and sonographer in the country. He offers the most effective and advanced “one-stop appointment” that includes consultation, diagnostic scan, injection (if needed), and same-day report in just one visit.
Chris Gibbons

Chris is a highly experienced MSK Physiotherapist with over 20 years of expertise in the assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation of musculoskeletal injuries and conditions. Throughout his career, he has worked across a wide range of clinical and sporting environments, including professional football, rugby, and athletics, alongside extensive experience within both NHS services and private physiotherapy practice.
As an Advanced Practice Physiotherapist, Chris has managed complex musculoskeletal presentations, including chronic pain, orthopaedic conditions, and rheumatological disorders. His breadth of experience has enabled him to develop an advanced clinical skill set and a comprehensive understanding of evidence-based musculoskeletal care.
Chris initially completed an undergraduate degree in Sport Rehabilitation and Injury Prevention before going on to qualify with a second undergraduate degree in Physiotherapy. He has continued to advance his professional development through several postgraduate qualifications and specialist training, including Postgraduate Certificates in Sport and Exercise Rehabilitation and Musculoskeletal Diagnostic Ultrasound. In addition, he has undertaken advanced training in Injection Therapy and Advanced Neuromusculoskeletal Practice.
Known for his approachable and patient-centred manner, Chris is passionate about helping individuals understand their condition and feel confident throughout their rehabilitation journey. He takes pride in building strong therapeutic relationships and delivering tailored treatment plans that support patients in achieving the best possible outcomes and returning to the activities that matter most to them.

Paula Rajaram

Paula qualified as an adult nurse in 2009 at the University of Teeside, and since then she has worked in a variety of NHS acute care settings such as trauma & orthopaedics, medicine, surgery, and elderly care.
Paula has a wealth of experience by working in community settings, including the children’s services (0-19) team and district nursing. Paula has also recently obtained a public health practitioner qualification.
As well as offering other medical services at RAD Clinics, Paula assists with the MSK and imaging sessions and helps with the day-to-day running of RAD Clinics.
Paula is also qualified as an Independent Prescriber.
Katrina James
Registered Nurse
Diploma in Adult Nursing
Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
Katrina qualified as an Adult nurse in 2009 from the University of Northampton.
Katrina worked for several years in a busy NHS Trauma & Orthopaedics department and then spent time as a day case surgical Nurse. Since then Katrina has worked in a variety of acute care settings such as medicine, urology and surgery.
Currently Katrina is working in a community rehabilitation hospital helping patients reach their full potential.
Katrina helps with MSK and imaging sessions in addition to providing specific medical services at RAD Clinics. Also, Katrina continues to work as a nurse in the NHS community services during her free time.
Eric Chan
Sports Massage & Soft Tissue Therapist
BTEC Level 5 Professional Diploma in Soft Tissue Therapy
Eric is a qualified Sports Massage Therapist with a BTEC Level 5 Professional Diploma in Soft Tissue Therapy. He is passionate about helping patients recover from pain, improve movement, and return to the activities they enjoy through evidence-informed, patient-centred care.
Eric has experience working with people of all activity levels, from office workers to recreational exercisers and athletes recovering from training or sporting injuries. Eric has provided sports massage support at events including the London Marathon and has worked alongside local sports clubs and athletes. As a competitive water polo player, he understands the physical demands of sport and the importance of injury prevention and recovery.
Alongside his qualifications, Eric has completed further training in Sports Taping and Strapping. He takes an individualised approach, carrying out thorough assessments and providing tailored treatment to relieve symptoms, address the underlying cause of pain, and help patients reduce the risk of future injury.
Iryna Hogben

Iryna holds a Diploma in Nursing from Belarus and brings over six years of diverse healthcare experience in the UK. Her roles have ranged from a Healthcare Assistant in a nursing home to a Pharmacy Advisor at Boots. Iryna also holds NVQ Level 2 qualifications in both Healthcare and Pharmacy, equipping her with a strong blend of clinical and pharmaceutical expertise. Known for her kind and reassuring demeanor, Iryna is passionate about delivering compassionate, high-quality care. Outside of work, she enjoys gardening, sewing, flower arranging, and exploring her creativity through various hobbies, which adds to her well-rounded character and approach to patient care.
Suzi Stocker

Suzi spent five years working at Milton Keynes University Hospital within the Maternity Department, initially as a Care Assistant on the Labour Ward before moving into a Breastfeeding Support role on the Postnatal Ward. Supporting mothers and their babies during such an important time in their lives was incredibly rewarding and reinforced her passion for providing compassionate, person-centred care.
Suzi is a caring and empathetic individual who takes pride in making others feel comfortable and supported. She consistently strives to provide the highest standard of care and service in everything she does.
Outside of work, Suzi enjoys painting in oils whenever she has the opportunity, specialising in pet portraits and portraits of people rather than landscapes. She is also a keen Formula 1 fan and enjoys following the sport throughout the season.
