Cancellation or No-Show Policy:
Our patients are our top priority, and we work hard to deliver the highest caliber, tailored care in a prompt, economical manner.
Several staff members, including those from administration and medicine, are involved in the booking process. Due to cancellations, late arrivals, or no-shows, patients requiring prompt access to medical care can be affected.
We appreciate advance notification if you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, which is understandable under some circumstances.
Any type of cancellation after a booking will result in issues and additional costs for the business because a significant amount of administration and clinical time is wasted during rebooking and preparation.
If you reschedule or cancel less than 48 hours before your appointment, you will forfeit 50% of your deposit payment.
If you reschedule or cancel less than 24 hours prior to your appointment, you will forfeit 100% of your deposit payment.
Unfortunately, your insurance provider will not reimburse you for these costs.
Please be aware that if you rebook more than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, it won’t be seen as a cancellation.
For your convenience, you will have two opportunities to rebook. If you are unable to keep your initial appointment, you may do so for a maximum of two times.
The aforementioned cancellation policy will be in effect if you are unable to show up for both of your rescheduled appointments in addition to your original one.
Please be aware that processing times for refunds can reach 7 working days.
- Transaction charges (3%) incurred by the customers for all card and online payments are non-refundable.
